°Ingredients
°2 – onions
°1 box of shells
°500 g minced meat
°1 can of peeled tomatoes
°100 g of grated cheese
°2 tbsp. olive oil
° salt — pepper
* Methods : 
1 – In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta aldente. Drain.
2 – In the same saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the finely chopped onion for 1 to 2 minutes
3 – Add the meat and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
4 – Pour in the tomato. Salt and pepper. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
5 – Stuff the shells with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.
6 – Sprinkle with grated cheese and broil in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes
