°100g butter

°1 Can of vanilla sugar

°400 ml whipped cream

°200 ml whipped cream

°100g milk chocolate

* Methods

Eggs also beat to the foam and also add sieve flour mixed with cocoa alus baking powder in parts. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (the bigger the paper, the lower the dough) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

After baking, let it cool on the shelf.

For cream, bring milk, flour, starch and powdered sugar also eggs to thick pudding. Heat disposal also stirs with butter and vanilla sugar while still hot. Melt the butter and sugar in it when stirring. I flip it with a hand mixer and the cream has become nice too. Let it cool.

Finally, whisk the cream until strong and stir the pudding with a whisk. Halve the cream.

Spread one part on the cake (cut the edge) and sprinkle the crumbled edges over the top and spread the rest of the cream. Also smooth in a cool place.

While the cream is really hard on the cake, the top is covered in chocolate ice – to do this, heat the cream and add the chocolate pieces too, stirring.
