The sweet, rich flavor of grilled corn (without having to stand over a hot BBQ!) with melted butter and salt is an easy crowd pleaser that will bring people back for seconds!

- Air Fryer
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Ears of Corn
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the husks from each ear of corn if needed. Rinse corn and pat dry.
- Set corn on a large plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper, then roll the corn around to cover all sides.
- Place the seasoned ears of corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket, then cook for 6 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Open the basket, flip each piece then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Butter each piece and sprinkle on some freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
NOTES
- Each air fryer is different, so the amount of cobs that fit will depend on the size of yours. Just be sure to keep a single layer of corn in the basket, and cook in batches if necessary.
- Mix up the flavors and try adding in your favorite herbs and spices.
