The biscuit :
5 eggs
150 g normal sugar
150 g flour (flour)
Half a teaspoon of candy yeast

2 tablespoons lukewarm water

Preparation :We separate the yolk from the white, we divide the amount of sugar between the white and the yolk, and we add the vanilla to the yolk.
Beat white and yolk well.
Add water to the yolk and mix.
We pulse the dry ingredients and add them to the yolk and motion, then we add the white in stages with the mixture gently.
Put the mixture in an oven tray above the baking paper, and place it in the oven.
After being equalized, we cover it with a damp handkerchief and let it cool, after it cools, we remove it from the baking paper, we drink it with mustaches, we distribute the cream and cut the strawberry gently with pressure, then we take it to the freezer to hold up. Once it holds, we distribute cream on the badly of cookies and decorate the slices of almonds then the fruits available using the cream, and the decoration remains certainly optional
