°2 packages chilled cinnamon rolls (save bags of frosting for later use)
°4 large apples, peeled and diced (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious)
°1/2 cup sugar
°2 teaspoons of cinnamon
°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
°1 tablespoon cornstarch
°1/3 cup caramel sauce
*Methods :
Preheat oven to 375 F & spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick spray.
Combine the apple cubes, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl, making sure to coat them evenly.
