* Ingredients:
° ½ cup of softened butter
° ¾ cup sugar
° 2 eggs
° 1 ½ cup flour
° ½ tsp. baking powder
° lemon zest
° ½ cup milk
° 1 cup of blueberries
° Garnish
° Juice of one lemon
° ¼ cup sugar
* Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Beat the butter with the sugar and the eggs. Stir in the flour, baking powder and lemon zest, alternating with the milk. Add the blueberries. Place in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 ° F for 60 minutes. Pour the filling on top while the bread is still hot.
