THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
– 500 grams.Of boneless sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces.
– 4 medium potatoes, washed and diced into 1’’ cubes.
– 2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
– Minced garlic; I used 4 cloves.
– 1 Tsp.Of dried thyme.
– 1 Tsp.Of dried rosemary.
– Salt and black pepper (to taste).
– A sliced red bell pepper.
– A sliced yellow bell pepper.
– A sliced small red onion.
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
1st Step
To get started, scrub the potatoes and dice them into bite-sized pieces. Keep the peel on for flavor and nutrition.
2nd Step
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a big pan and heat it over medium-high heat. As soon as the oil is heated, add the steak cubes and sear them for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked to your liking. Take the steak away from the heat and put it on a plate.
When everything is hot and mixed together, take the pan from the stove. To add a splash of color and brightness, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley on top.
3rd Step
Place the remaining olive oil (1 tbsp) in the same pan. Toss in the diced potatoes and minced garlic, swirling to coat the potatoes in oil and impart the garlic flavor. Add some salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary for flavor. For a golden brown and fully cooked potato, simmer for around 10 to 12 minutes, stirring regularly.
4th Step
Stir in the sliced red onion, yellow bell peppers, and red bell peppers to the cooked potatoes in the pan. To soften the veggies somewhat and bring out their natural color, continue to sauté them for another 5–7 minutes.
5th Step
Put the steak back in the pan once you’ve browned it, and cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes so the flavors can combine.

7th Step
You may either serve the steak and potatoes in the pan as is or transfer the contents to a serving plate. You may make a complete and substantial supper out of this recipe by itself, or you can complement it with a crisp salad and some crusty bread
