°1 lb hot dog
°1 pack Pioneer pepper sausage gravy mix
°1 c grated cheddar cheese
°6 eggs
°1/2 c of milk
°Salt / black pepper to taste
°1 L box of Pillsbury biscuits
*How to make :
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
2. In skillet, cook the sausage on medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon
3. In a medium bowl, whisk the sauce mixture with 1 cup water until smooth.
4. Adding sauce to pan and stir until combined. Simmer for 2 to 3 mn, to sauce thickens.
5. Removing from heat and stirring in grated cheese until it melts also mixes.
6. In other bowl, whisking eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
7. Spreading sausage sauce mixture in prepared baking dish.
8. Pour the egg mixture over it, then cover it with the biscuits.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cookies are golden brown and eggs are set.
