INGREDIENTS :
– Shucked and cleaned fresh corn on the cob
– Water
– 1 cup of milk
– 1/2 stick of butter
– 1 T. of sugar
METHOD :
STEP 1 :
In a large pot, place the corn and add just enough water to cover your corn. Immediately add together the milk, butter and sugar and stir to combine the water and milk.
STEP 2 :
Once done, bring to a boil over medium high heat. As it is boiling, you can lower the heat to medium and put a lid on the pot.
STEP 3 :
Finnaly cook until crisp tender or longer as to your liking, about 25 minutes.
