Ingredients :
12 raw shrimp (as much as you like)
1 serving of pasta (preferably linguine)
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Creamy heavy
Grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon of basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour
Cajun seasoning
1/4 c. parsley
White wine
olive oil
Instructions
On a medium to high heat we heat a saucepan. Then add the butter, a little olive oil and a little white wine and bring it to a boil.
We add garlic and cook for an additional two minutes.
Then we add shrimp.
After that, we season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning (to your liking)!
When the shrimp turns pink on the one hand, turn them over and cook for another minute, then remove them from the pan and leave the liquid in the pan.
Add heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Boil the mixture and beat with flour sprinkles until the sauce thickens.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the shrimp again.
Saute the shrimp and serve on top of the pasta with parmesan cheese.
And enjoy your plate!
