INGREDIENTS
650 grams flank steak , Cut into slices (or ribeye steak strip loin, strip steak … )
650 grams yellow potatoes, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of butter
Five cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 easpoon of chopped rosemary
1 Salt and Pepper
1 Hot red pepper flakes (optional)
1 A third of a cup of soy sauce
1 A tablespoon of hot sauce
1 Fresh turkey pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1- To prepare the recipe, mix the beef slices with a spoonful of olive oil , soy sauce, and pepper, then the hot sauce in a large bowl, and set it aside

2- We take a large frying pan and put it on a medium heat then add a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of butter, and add the potato pieces. When the butter melts, cook for four minutes, and cook for 5 minutes with stirring until the potato pieces become golden and soft, then transfer it to another dish then leave it a side .
3- Then on the same pan over medium heat add chopped soft herbs, two tablespoons of chopped garlic butter and hot red pepper flakes, and put the slices of meat and cook for 1 minute on each side until it turns brown.
4- We cook the remaining marinade for 1 minute Before steaks are cooked.
NOTES
At the same time, We add potatoes pieces to the pan next to the steak
After the potatoes are heated, remove them from the fire then decorate with a little hot pepper and fresh herbs. You can also sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese .
