Delicious chicken slices, grilled with a mixture of garlic, parmesan cheese and panko, it is very crispy!   My children love chicken!Simply recipes like this thin chicken recipe are ideal for a quick lunch or snack after school.We are family lovers of fried chicken, chicken and cabbage.

Ingredients :  

  450 grams of chicken fillet.

  3 tablespoons of ghee.

  1  milk cup

  1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

  A cup corn crumbs.° Season with salt & pepper.

Directions :

step 1:

I preheated the oven to 425°F and, using nonstick cooking spray, prepared a medium-sized baking dish, setting it aside for later.

Step 2:

I put the yogurt in a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and corn crumbs, and put it in another bowl.

Step 3:

I putting tender chicken nuggets TO the yogurt also let it sit for 15 min .

Step 4:

Then totally immerse each piece in cheese and breadcrumb blend to completely covering it and place it on prepared baking sheet.

Step 5:

Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Step 6:
