2 tsp of Ground red

2 tsp of olive oil

2 Tbsp of butter

1 lemon  (squeezed)

Season for the rice

4-6 cups of Cooked rice

2 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of Pepper

2 tsp of onion powder

1/2 of large onion

(chopped)

1/2 cup of Frozen peas

and carrots

1  1/2 Tbsp of Soy sauce

(low sodium)

1 Tbsp of butter

2 eggs
