A quick and easy salad made with sliced cucumbers and sour cream that is typically served as a side dish with grilled meats. It’s commonly made with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon, but can be kept super simple as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 English Cucumber seedless, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Spring Onions green and white parts
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Fresh Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Using either knife, mandolin or shredder with slicing option, slice the cucumber very thinly and place in a bowl;
  • Add salt to the cucumbers, mix well and set aside for at least 15 minutes (ideally for 30 minutes);
