My early years at school were mostly in the ’90s, and I remember the cafeteria serving rectangles of cheese pizza on thin crust every Friday. Everyone was looking forward to Friday pizza! As I got old, I realize that “rectangular pizza” was a extra common thing that was in many schools last than my small school in East Tennessee.
