ingredients:
pinch of each…salt, pepper, tarragon, paprika
1 boneless chicken breast
1 T chopped green onion
2 T frozen corn (thawed)
1/2 stalk celery, diced
1 slice swiss cheese
2 leafs lettuce
Chibata bread
1 T Mayo
Directions:
Boil chicken in water for 15 minutes. Remove from water and cool, dice into small cubes. Combine chicken, celery, onion, corn, mayo and spices and combine well. Place on top of one side of lettuce topped chibata bread, top with swiss cheese and place under broiler till cheese has melted. Top with other slice of bread and enjoy!
