EQUIPMENT
- Air Fryer
- 2 Ramekins
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk
- Cooking Spray
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsb Milk
- Salt & Pepper, pinch for seasoning
- 2 English Muffins, sliced
- 1 tbsp Butter, softend
- 2 Sausage Patties
- 2 Cheese Slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl whisk together 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until frothy.
- Spray two small ramekins with non-stick cooking spray and divide the scrambled egg batter between them, then place them in the air fryer.
- Now place two sausage patties in the airfryer along with the ramekins and cook both on 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes. (Open the basket and flip the patties half way through if you own an air fryer that needs food to be flipped or the basket shaken.)
- While those are cooking, slice the 2 english muffins in half and butter each side.
- Once the eggs and sausages are done cooking, remove them carefully from the air fryer (the ramekins will be very hot) and place both on a paper towel.
- Now, assemble your breakfast sandwiches in the air fryer itself. First the bottoms of the english muffin, then the eggs, next the sausage patties and finally a slice of cheese. Add the tops of the english muffins and cook for 3 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with a side of hashbrowns or fruit!
