* directions :
Preheat oven to 375°F. When ready to cook, cut crab legs in half so crab meat is visible. Skip the knife and use kitchen scissors or shears to do this. You’ll thank me later. Place the crab legs in an oven-safe skillet or on a baking sheet, and add the butter, garlic, and Creole seasoning in a small bowl. Microwave for a minute. Lift and add lemon juice. Mix well, brush crab with butter mixture over crab legs and reserve any excess for serving, place crab legs in preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until crab legs are heated through. Sprinkle with parsley or chives, and serve immediately with remaining sauce and/or lemon slices to squeeze meat. Recipe notes One of the great things about this recipe is that you’re not trying to cut the hot crab legs with scissors, and the preparation is done before they are heated.
