Ingredients
  • 4 15oz cans sliced peaches
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
Steps
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour batter into an 8×8 baking dish then mix in the melted butter.
In a bowl, mix the sugar and peaches and spoon over the crust.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Optionally serve with vanilla ice cream.
