Ingredients

For the steak:

  • 1 lb. Steak cut unto bite sized pieces
  • ½ C. Olive oil
  • ¼ C. Soy sauce
  • ¼ C. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

For the shrimp:

  • 10 oz. Shrimp cleaned and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

For the pasta:

  • 1 lb. Penne pasta
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil

For the sauce:

    • ½ C. Butter
    • 4 oz. Softened cream cheese
    • 2 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 ½ C. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    1. Place ½ C. Olive oil, ¼ C. Soy sauce, ¼ C. Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning, 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce, 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar and 1 tsp. Pepper in a Ziploc bag and mix to combine.
    2. Add the steak to the bag and marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Place 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat and cook the steak until done to your liking. Set aside.
    4. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the skillet and saute the shrimp with the cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  1. Place the ½ cup butter and 4 oz cream cheese into the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and combined.
  2. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Cook the pasta with the salt and olive oil until done to your liking. Drain.
  5. Return the meat to the skillet with the sauce as well as the noodles. Toss to coat well in the sauce and serve.
