Ingredients

  • 5 lbs potatoes, boiled and diced 
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into half moons
  • 1 lb velveeta, diced 
  • 2 cups milk 
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 4 tablespoons butter, soft 
  • 4 tablespoons flour 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

Cook sausage for about 15 minutes in a cast iron skillet

SECOND STEP:

Add in cooked potatoes and set aside 

In a separate pot over medium heat melt butter and stir in flour and salt & pepper

THIRD STEP:

Then stir in milk and velveeta and stir until smooth 

Pour over meat and potatoes in skillet 

FOURTH STEP:

Top with cheddar cheese and paprika 

Bake for 35-40 minutes
