*Ingredients:
°750 g of beef
° 250 gm white basmati rice
°3 medium onions
°4 sprigs of coriander
° 2 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
° 4 tbsp. peanut oil
° 1 tbsp. Corn
° salt
° pepper
* Preparation
Peel the onions and cut into slices. Wash, dry and soften the cilantro.
Cut the meat into slices and put them in a deep dish. Spread the onion slices over the meat, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, 1 tablespoon of water, sprinkle with pepper and cornstarch and mix well. Leave to soak in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.Cook the rice according to the instructions on the box.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet, frying meat in small batches for 2 minutes.
Remove the meat from the pan, pour 1 tablespoon of the oil, and fry the onions for 5 minutes. Pour the dressing juice and bring to a boil.
Then add the meat, salt and pepper and cook for two minutes. Put the rice in bowls.
Divide the meat with onions between the plates. Sprinkle the sauce on it. Garnish with coriander sprigs. Serve hot.
