 1/2: Red onion, small

 1/4 cup: Lime juice, fresh

 8 oz: Bowtie pasta

 1/8 tsp: Cayenne 1/2 tsp: Salt

 1/2 cup: Greek yogurt null: ¼ cup cilantro (leaves & stems are fine)
