Ingredients
2 tsp Olive Oil
3 tsp butter, unsalted
3 plus cups Chicken Broth
4 cloves garlic
¼ tsp salt
¾ tsp black pepper
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
¾ cup heavy Cream
2 tbsp parsley, dried
8 ounces spaghetti noodles
Instructions
Heat olive oil in the skillet
Add in the garlic and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
Add in the butter and allow to melt
Slowly and carefully pour in the Chicken broth
Stir in the salt and pepper, add more or less to taste
Bring this to a boil, add in the spaghetti noodles and allow to cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add more Chicken broth as needed to prevent spaghetti from sticking to pan
Stir occasionally until spaghetti is cooked
When pasta is fully cooked, add in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and the parsley
Stir to combine well
Serve while still hot
