HOW TO MAKE IT :
1. Before you begin, the temperature of your oven should be 350 degrees. Then brush an 8-inch square baking dish with melted butter so to easily remove the parchment paper later. And please line bottom with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides.
2. For the crust, all that needs to be done is to whisk together almond flour/ground nuts with graham-cracker crumbs, sugar, and zest. Mix in butter, then press mixture into bottom and 1 inch up sides of prepared pan. Okay, bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. After 12 minutes, cool crust for about 10 minutes.
3. For the filling, you’re going to get a large bowl and whisk in egg yolks and condensed milk. You’ll want to add lime juice and lemon juice, whisking until smooth. Alright now, pour filling into cooled crust, carefully spreading to edges.
4. At this stage, you may bake for 15 minutes, or until set. It’s important to cool in pan on rack, and then chill for no less than 1 hour before serving. Always remember to lift out of pan, and transfer to a cutting board with parchment paper that is overhanging. Finally, cut into 16 squares using a serrated knife, making sure to wipe it with a damp kitchen towel between each cut.
