Easter Babka

Ingredients

4 cups All Purpose Flour

¾ cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Milk at 115 degrees Fahrenheit

¾ cup Butter (melted)

1 teaspoon Vanilla

2 tablespoons Lemon Zest

1 ¼ ounces Yeast

½ cup Raisins

3 large Eggs

Round 8”x 3” pan (Any deep will work)
