Ingredients for 4 people
°800gm beef leg, cut into small cubes
°2 tomatoes
°1 large onion
°2 cubes chicken broth
For the gnoki:
°8 potatoes
°1 egg
°1 tablespoon of paprika
°1 teaspoon cumin
°Chili pepper
°Water
°pure flour
°salt pepper
Instructions
Cut the onions into slices and fry them in the casserole. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them. Remove from heat, add paprika and cumin and mix well. Add hot pepper. Add chicken broth cubes, salt and pepper. Add meat and cover. Close the casserole and cook for 45 minutes over medium heat. After 45 minutes, open the casserole and put the carrots and potatoes in it. Cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel, wash and chop the potatoes and carrots. Cut everything into small pieces and set aside.
Prepare the gnocchi: beat an egg in a bowl, add flour and water. All should make a thick dough which will be the basis of the fresh pasta. Boil water in a saucepan (like pasta) and grate it. Use the large holes in the grater to shape the gnocchi. To do this, you have to use a tablespoon and take the gnocchi paste and run it through the holes of the grater. The dough is dropped into boiling water and forms the famous gnocchi. Cook for no more than 5 minutes. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
Finally, add the gnocchi to heat it up.
Enjoy!
