My Hershey’s Chocolate Cake from scratch.Very Moist and Delicious!

TO MAKE THE CAKE YOULL NEED:

2 cups granulated sugar.

2 cups all-purpose flour.

1 cup of cocoa powder.

2 large eggs.

1 cup of almond milk.

1 cup of boiling water.

1/2 cup vegetable oil.

2 tsp pure vanilla extract.

1 1/2 tsp baking powder.

1 1/2 tsp baking soda.

1 tsp salt.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Meanwhile prepare two round pan using a cooking spray.

STEP 2:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients then add eggs one at a time making sure well blended, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

STEP 3:

Beat on medium speed using an electric hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Then stir the boiling water.

STEP 4:

Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 35 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them for 10 minutes to cool.

STEP 5:

To prepare a delicious chocolate frosting, you will need:

1/2 cup margarine.

3 cups powdered sugar.

1 cup of cocoa.

4 tbsp milk.

1 tsp vanilla extract.

Melt margarine using a small saucepan, add cocoa, and alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating well.

STEP 6:

Pour the chocolate frosting over the first cake then place the second cake and add more frosting over the top. Place it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
