I USE FOR THE RECIPE :
#For Yum Yum Sauce:
° Mayo: 1 1/4 cup
° Granulated sugar: 1 small spoon
° Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
° Paprika: 1/4 tsp
° Melted butter : 1 large spoon (unsalted)
° Tomato paste: 1 tsp
° Cayenne pepper: 1/2 tsp
° Water: 4 T
#For Ginger Sauce:
° Onion: 1/2 (chopped)
° Lemon juice: 2 Tbs
° Ginger: 1 Tbs (grated)
° Garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
° Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
° White vinegar: 1/2 tsp
° Sugar: 1/4 tsp
#For Hibachi Rice:
° Rice: 2 cups (cold & cooked)
° Sesame oil: 1 Tbs
° Butter: 2 Tbs
° Soy sauce: 2 Tbs
° Sweet onion: 1/2 (chopped)
° Egg: 1 large
° Green onions (chopped)
#For Hibachi Noodles:
° Noodles: 1/2 lb or 6 oz (rice … )
° Sesame seed oil: 2 tsp
° Garlic butter: 1 Tbs
° Soy sauce: 2 T
° Teriyaki sauce: 1 T
° Green onions: 5 (chopped)
#For Hibachi Vegetables:
° Zucchini: 1 large (quartered)
° Sweet onion: 1 (chopped)
° Vegetable: 1 T (canola oil is also fine)
° Sesame oil: 1 tsp
° Soy sauce: 1 T
° Garlic butter: 1 T
° Salt: a pinch
#For Hibachi Steak and/or Chicken :
° Chicken breast: 1 pound (cut in bite-sized pieces)
° Vegetable: 1 T
° Sesame oil: 1 tsp
° Garlic butter: 2 T
° Soy sauce: 2 T
° Teriyaki sauce: 1 T
° Salt and pepper to taste
#For Hibachi Shrimp:
° Raw shrimp: 1 lb
° Vegetable: 1 T
° Garlic butter: 2 T
° Soy sauce1 T :
° Teriyaki sauce: 1 T
° Lemon juice
#For Garlic Butter:
° Butter: 1 stick (unsalted)
° Garlic: 1 Tbs (minced)
° Parsley: 1 small spoon (chopped)
° Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
° Italian seasoning: 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION :
#For Yum Yum Sauce:
1. All that needs to be done is to combine everything, except water, together very well. After that, you may add 1-2 Tbs of water to reach your desired sauce consistency. Finally, let in the refrigerator overnight.
#For Ginger Sauce:
1. All that you need to do is to blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Once blended, let it cool until ready to employ .
#For Hibachi Rice:
1. First, you’re going to get a wok or pot and heat in oils. You can then add onion and saute for 3 mins. You’ll want to add in the egg and softly scramble it.
2. Now that the egg is maturity cooked, you need to add in the cold rice, butter, and soy sauce. Rice and egg should be flung together until the rice is warm and eggs are cooked completely. Immediately, you can salt and pepper to taste (only if needed).
3. To finish, add chopped green onions then remove and serve.
#For Hibachi Noodles:
1. Always remember to cook noodles according to package direction and drain very well. Next, you need to heat oil and add in the rest ingredients (save the green onions). And please fling to mix.
2. Now that noodles are coated and hot, make sure to add in the green onions. At this point, you may want to regulate seasoning to your liking and then serve.
#For Hibachi Veggies:
1. Start by heating oils into the wok also add in the zucchini, soy sauce, butter and a bit of water and saute for 7 minutes.
2. After that, you’ll want to add in onion also termine to saute until veggies tender then serve.
#For Steak:
1. To start with, Pick a skillet and heat in veggie oil then add in the steak also sprinkle on the salt et pepper. And please saute steak.
2. Now that the steak begins to brown, you need to add in the rest ingredients.
3. Finally, you may finish cooking the steak to your want.
#For Chicken:
1. Before you begin, you’re going to get a pan and heat in veggie oil then add in chicken and all rest ingredients.
2. Alright, make sure to termine to cook the chicken until totaly done. And please saute
#For Shrimp:
1. Begin with heating oil in skillet then add in shrimp, the butter, soy sauce, and teriyaki. And please saute until shrimp is cooked. Immediately, add lemon juice to your want.
#For Garlic Butter:
1. First, you need to put everything to a food processor and combine well.
2. Next, pour butter in among plastic wrap and mold for the desired consistency.
3. The last step is to allow to cool until firm.
