This homemade pasta recipe is our new favorite kitchen project! Lately, Jack and I have been spending more time than usual in the kitchen, trying breads, pastries, and even okonomiyaki. But we always come back to the homemade pasta. It’s so much fun to make together, and only requires a handful of basic ingredients. Of course, the fact that it’s totally delicious doesn’t hurt either. 🙂
My pasta recipe references KitchenAid’s pasta maker attachment, which lets us roll out fresh pasta at home. If you don’t have KitchenAid, don’t worry! You can also roll out this pasta dough according to the instructions of a regular pasta machine. No matter how you do it, I hope you give this recipe a try. It’s an easy and fun way to spend an hour in the kitchen with someone you love, and end up eating a big plate of fluffy pasta with the perfect morsel.
