Ingredients :
1 8 oz jar artichoke hearts
1 10 oz Frozen spinach
6 oz lump crab meat
1 tsp minced garlic
2 finely chopped scallions
2 tsp butter
1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. Sour cream
1/2 c mayo
Salt pepper to taste
Zest of 1 med lemon
Methods :
Melt butter in large pan
Add artichoke and spinach
Sautee for 5 minutes
Add minced garlic, scallions cook 1 minute
Add crab meat, Sautee 3 minutes
Add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and combine well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon Zest. Sprinkle cheese of choice on top (optional)
Place in baking dish and into preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes
