Love funnel cakes

Ingredients:

1 egg

2/3 cup milk (I used soy milk here.)

2 tbsp white sugar

1 1/4 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

about 2 cups of oil for frying

optional: water, if needed to thin out the batter
