•3 peeled and boiled potatoes
° 1 white onion
° 1 package of minced meat

•1 large bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
° bechamel sauce

Bechamel sauce:
° 5 tablespoons of butter
° 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
4 cups of milk
° 2 teaspoons of salt
° 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
* This is what you do:
1. Before anything else, we’re going to prepare a basic chameleon sauce to use later in the recipe! First, take a medium saucepan and melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the flour and stir everything until smooth. Continue to cook the mixture until light golden, about six or seven minutes.
