This buttermilk pie recipe is a classic dessert that’s easy to make with simple ingredients.

This is an old and easy recipe your family will love. This pie is great for any occasion or occasion and will bring home just about anything. They will keeping for several days in the fridge & are great with coffee as  dessert or with milk as  snack.
*Ingredients (8 servings):
°3 eggs
°1 1/4 c white sugar
°Half a c of soft butter
°3 tsp of all-purpose flour
°1 c of milk
°1 tsp of lemon juice
°1 tsp vanilla
°⅛ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
°1 un-cooked (9-inch) pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beating eggs until foamy. Add the sugar, butter and flour and whisk until smooth.
Adding curd, lemon juice, vanilla & nutmeg. Pour into pie crust.
Baking until the center is set, 40 to 60 mn.
Removing from the oven and let cool for an hour before serve.
advice
If the edges of the pie crust brown too quickly, cover the pie with aluminum foil for the rest of the baking time.
You can tell the pancake is done when the top turns light brown and the center of the pancake still jiggles a little. You can stick a toothpick in the middle, if most of it comes out clean your pie is ready.
