* Ingredients :
° Spaghetti pasta bag
° Big egg
° ½ cup milk
° 1 teaspoon garlic salt
° 1 teaspoon sugar
° 1 teaspoon thyme
° A teaspoon of basil
° ½ kilo beef
° ½ kilo sausage
° Spaghetti sauce
° Spoonful tomato juice
° 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
° Fresh basil decoration
* Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil the spaghetti pasta according to the instructions on the back of the package.
While the spaghetti is cooking, beat eggs, milk and salt in a large bowl.
Strain the pasta from the water, add the egg mixture to it, and stir the mixture well.
Put the spaghetti pasta in a casserole greased with ghee, and leave it to prepare for placing the rest of the ingredients and entering them into the oven.
In a large frying pan, cook beef, sausage, sugar, oregano, and basil over medium heat until the meat is tender.
Strain the mixture and stir well in the spaghetti sauce and add a spoonful of tomato sauce.
Put the mixture over the pasta in the casserole, and put the casserole into the oven for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheese and fresh basil on top, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving, and you can garnish it with chopped basil
