Ingredients:
– 500 gr of minced meat
– 2 chopped garlic cloves
– 1 small chopped green onion
– 1 tbsp chopped parsley
– 2 tbsp crème fraîche
– 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
– 2 tbsp grated cheese
– Salt
– black pepper
– cumin
– 1/2 cube of crumbled chicken
– 1 pinch of cinnamon
– 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
– 1 egg white
– 2 tbsp of water
Preparation:
Step: 1
Mix well and shape sticks, set aside.
Step: 2
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil with 2 tbsp of butter then fry the meatballs for a few minutes.
Step: 3
Brown them then incorporate the mushrooms.
Step: 4
Mix well then add 1 glass containing a mixture of water, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp liquid cream, pepper, a pinch of salt.
Step: 5
Pour over the meat, sprinkle with parsley, cook for a few minutes while the sauce thickens and serve.
