Ingredients:


600 gr of flour
310 ml of milk
1 sachet of briochin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg (+ 1 for browning: optional)
60 gr of soft butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar.

Preparation:


Put all the ingredients in the food processor.

Start the dough program.

Take out the dough and form rolls once the program is finished.

Let swell for another 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200 °.

Brush the rolls with an egg yolk + milk + sugar.
