Fried onions, onions and smoked glazed sausage
*ingredients:
° 1 pound.
° Potatoes, cut them into half cubes.
° a pound of smoked sausage slices.
° 2 tbsp.
° olive oil.
° Half a teaspoon of seasoned salt.
° ½ tsp.
° of Italian spices.
° ½ large red pepper
° ½ large green pepper.
° A small onion cut into cubes.
° Black pepper to taste, grated Parmesan cheese, to decorate.
Directions for doing so:
Step 1:
In a large skillet, sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
Step 2:
Secondly, cook the onions until they are soft. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.
Step 3:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil until butter melts, and add potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
The fourth step:
Next, cover and simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the vegetables have softened somewhat.
Fifth step:
Then cook it for another 10 minutes after adding the sausage. Combine onions and peppers in a large skillet and saute until peppers are soft and crunchy.
Sixth step:
Finally, if you are using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top.
