In a 33×23 cm (13×9 “) baking dish, spread the cookie crumbs and crush them to make a hard crust

Add the pudding mixture

Then add the whipped cream

Sprinkle with remainiuing cookie crumbs and decorate with lemon slices

Refrigerate 4 hours before serving
