Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients :
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 pie crust (9-in) unbaked
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until pie is set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean
Top should be slightly crisp and golden brown
Enjoy with a dollop of cool whip or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
