When it comes to baking, quick bread has to be one of the easiest and tastiest options. As good for breakfast as it is for dessert, there’s no harm in making a mistake. & some of our favorite breads have cream cheese in dough, which gives a moist, rich texture.
We haven’t tried the peach and cream cheese cake yet and thought it should be corrected.
A delicious peach cake sprinkled with chunks of fresh, juicy peaches is an easy summertime treat. Adding cream cheese to the batter gives it more flavor and keeps the peach and cream cake moist.

°8 ounces cream cheese (1 package), softened
°1 cup of butter
°1 cup of sugar
°Half a tsp of lemon peel
°2 eggs
°2 c all-purpose flour
°1 t of salt
°1 t baking powder
°1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
°1 c of milk
°15 ounces peaches, sliced, drained, and diced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a standard loaf pan.
In bowl, whisk together cream cheese and butter. Adding sugar, eggs, and lemon zest and beat to light and fluffy.
n bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Once well mixed, slowly add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet ingredients and stir in the peaches.
Transfering dough to prepared loaf pan and baking for 50-55 mn
Letting bread cool before slice it.
