Instructions:
Combine yeast, sugar and warm water. Set aside first. On a separate large bowl, using a paddle attachment, mix the remaining ingredients for dough except for the flour. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved. Then combine it together with the yeast mixture. Add in the flour and mix together still using the paddle attachment. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, cover the bowl and let the mixture rise until doubled.
On a floured surface, punch down dough and knead for a few minutes inorder to release the trapped air bubbles. Form portions of dough in a circular shape and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan, about 2 inches apart. Cover and let it rise until doubled.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make a depression on the ball shaped dough (you may use a soup ladle) and place some cheese filling on that portion. Cover it again and let it rise for 30 minutes. Brush egg-water glaze around the sides of each roll. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
