I still had a few Vitelotte potatoes, I wanted a gourmet pan but to make it a little more balanced, I added a little green beans (in addition, these are the only green vegetables that my son cadet agrees to eat). So hop here I am in the kitchen, I made it with my cookéo but you can use a wok.
* Ingredients :
° 2 shallots
° 1 clove of garlic
° 1 tbsp of olive oil
° 650 g of potatoes
° 500 g green beans
° 12 Strasbourg sausages
° 20cl of vegetable broth
° 2 tbsp of sautéed apple mixture Spices from around the world
° salt, freshly ground pepper
* Preperation :
Put the cookéo in browning mode, peel and chop your shallots, squeeze the garlic, place everything in the bowl with the olive oil then brown for about 1 minute while stirring.
Add the peeled potatoes, washed and cut into large cubes, leave to brown for 2 minutes, mix.
Cut the sausages in thirds, add them to mix again and leave to brown for another 2 minutes. Add the hulled and washed green beans, the broth, the sautéed apple mixture, salt and pepper, mix then switch to pressure mode for 8 minutes.
Serve immediately
Enjoy!
