The BEST Pico de Gallo Recipe with just a few ingredients! Perfect to eat with chips or put on tacos!

Ingredients

– 2 plum tomatoes seeded and diced

– 1 jalapeno diced small

– 1/2 small white onion diced small

– 1 clove garlic minced

– 1 tablespoon lime juice

 2 tablespoons cilantro diced

– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste

Instructions

– Combine all of the ingredients and serve with tortilla chips or on top of tacos.

– Notes: This recipe makes one cup, and nutritional information is based on 2 tablespoons.
